Purchases & refunds
No real purchases are open. These terms describe the planned one-time offering.
Prices and billing
Planned packages are $9.99 for one video, $24.99 for three and $69.99 for ten, in USD. They are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Any applicable taxes and expiry terms will be shown before checkout.
Unused purchases
If sales open, a fully unused package is eligible for a refund when requested within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@wipemedown.org. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not limited by these terms.
Used credits and delivery issues
Requests involving used credits, completed videos, partial use or delivery problems are reviewed case by case. Contact support with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or sign-in links. A confirmed technical failure may restore a reserved entitlement once; a credit restoration is not a cash refund. An uncertain task requires reconciliation before another attempt.
Current preview
Checkout and real generation are not open. Local test orders are not paid purchases, and the final provider workflow must be verified before live sales.
