Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026. This policy applies to the preview and the planned generation service.
Scope and rights
The planned generation service is limited to fictional, non-real character artwork that you own or are licensed to animate. Photos or identifiable likenesses of a real person, including celebrities and yourself, are outside that scope even with consent. Local preview does not verify identity, consent or intellectual-property rights.
Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation or harm of children, terrorism or instructions for mass violence or weapons of mass destruction are prohibited. We do not permit deepfake or fabricated depictions of a real person, face swaps, impersonation or non-consensual intimate imagery. We may report suspected unlawful material where required by law.
Other prohibited content
Do not submit or request pornography or NSFW sexual content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups; fraud, deception or abusive spam; or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety controls or access another person’s account.
Safety checks and current limits
Real generation, online artwork storage and paid purchases are not yet operational. Previewing a file happens in your browser and is not a content-safety check. Before generation opens, the planned WAFFO Prompt Sift check will assess text before a model call; image input and video output review must also be implemented and verified. These checks are not yet active on the public site. A declaration alone does not verify rights or safety.
Report a concern
Email support@wipemedown.org with the affected page or task reference and a description. Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material, passwords, sign-in links or payment information. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and complete an initial review within seven business days, prioritizing urgent child-safety concerns. These are targets; complex reports may take longer.
Enforcement and appeals
Following review, we may decline a request, restrict access or remove hosted content where supported, and take proportionate action based on severity. Serious unlawful material may be escalated to authorities where required. To appeal, email support@wipemedown.org with the decision and relevant reference; we aim to review appeals within seven business days.
